From what I have learned in this industry in order to attract the best types of people into joining your business, you must display these 3 traits.

1. Become a confident leader. You must have the charisma and confidence that every leader possesses. The way you speak, how you present yourself to others are all very important. People pay attention to everything. The tone of your voice when you speak to your leads must send the right message.

2. Be unique in the market. There is only one you. So take advantage of it. You have to be unique on the internet whether that would be through writing, video and audio. When you are unique you will separate yourself from everyone else and erase the competition.

3. Create your own information product. How many home business owners out there have their own information product? Not too many. Having your own information product will brand you in your prospect’s eyes. Make an information product that teaches people how to do something in the home business world. Think about Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, PPC, SEO. There are so many topics to make an information product about.

The beauty about leadership, is that you can’t buy leadership. Anyone can become a leader. The first step of leadership is to stand out from your competition and get the proper attention. All you have to do then, is use that attention to grow into a successful business.
