With internet marketing you have the ability to generate thousands of leads. But what many people forget to ask themselves is: Do I still need to be speaking to my prospects?
The answer is YES. In my opinion, there are 3 core reasons why you must call your leads if you want to build your business. I remember thinking that it didn’t matter if I spoke to people about my business or not. I thought people only cared about picking the right company.
Now I can see why I struggled for so long in network marketing. I was NOT BRANDING MYSELF. What I have discovered, is that people don’t really care about products, compensation plans or companies. What people really care about is having someone that will show them how to BUILD businesses. People want mentoring. They want someone that is going to teach them how succeed. By sending someone to a company replicated website, what good is it going to make for you?
When you get into internet marketing and you start generating so many leads, it gets a little bit difficult to continue calling leads. It becomes very easy to stay behind your computer and expect people to simply join your business. But what happens when you call your leads, is you start to build a RELATIONSHIP with them. Isn’t network marketing a relationship business after all? Without trust, your business is dead.
Here are 3 reasons why you should continue to do MLM Prospecting.
1. People do Business with people. I don’t care what anybody says. If you don’t build trust, don’t expect others to join your business.
2. When you speak to your leads on the phone, there is a much better chance that they will work with you in the future. Why? Because you have built a stronger relationship with them. To the leads, you are no longer some person behind the computer screen.
3. It is all about the NETWORK. What happens when you speak to thousands of leads and you keep a constant relationship with them? It becomes much easier to build your network marketing business. It is all about having a network. When you have so many contacts that you have spoken to on your email list, it becomes much easier to bring new people into your business.
