Max Steingart has been teaching people to sponsor online through social media since 1996, and to this date this is the ONLY online network marketing strategy I’ve ever seen that has the ability to create a long term, sustainable team in the Network Marketing industry
Building network marketing businesses is all about building relationships through COMMUNICATION. Many people on social media fail to build a relationship with their Facebook or Twitter friends and instantly pitch them about their business.
Not everyone on the social media sites is going to respond to you. Here are three main reasons:
1. They don’t like your profile photo.
2. They don’t like what you have on your profile.
3. You are talking to the wrong people.
This is an important law by Max Steingart: “The key to avoiding rejection is to NOT talk about your business opportunity until you’ve learned that your friend has a need or interest in your product or service.”
“Don’t focus on the sale. Focus on whether there is a sale to be made.”
People don’t like to get pitched period. Only mention your business when a person says somethting like: “What are you working on?” or “What business are you involved with?”
Here are 12 questions that you can start asking to anyone on social media sites: (They don’t even have to be interested in network marketing. You can use these questions to anyone who isn’t a network marketer)
1. What do you do?
2. What does that entail?
3. How long have you done it?
4. What did you do before?
5. How are you being affected by what’s happening in the economy?
6. How do you like what you’re doing?
7. Have you ever thought about doing anything else?
8. Are you familiar with the network marketing industry?
9. What experience do you have?
10. Why do you think you weren’t successful?
11. Would you be open to looking at another company that didn’t have those obstacles?
First 7 questions will tell you if they have a NEED. If they don’t have a need, then they are not great prospects to keep talking to about your business.
The 12 Questions To Ask Other Network Marketers
1.Are you still active in your company?
2. Are you building a business or just using the products?
3. Are you doing the business full time or part time?
4.How long have you been doing it?
5. What was it that attracted you to the company?
6. Is this your first experience in network marketing?
7.If not, what was your first networking experience?
8. How many companies did you try?
9. How are you doing?
10 Are you happy with the money you are making?
11. Why do you think you couldn’t make money in the business?
12. Would you be open to looking at another company that didn’t have
those obstacles?
If they answer YES to the last question, you can introduce your business to them and talk about the benefits that your prospect will have if he/she decides to join you. It is best that you ask these questions through Facebook’s instant messaging feature. It is also recommended that you get on the phone and speak with your prospect. Say something like “My fingers are tired. What is your phone number? If they give you their number, give them a ring.
This strategy works so well because;
1. You will never get rejected because you only introduce your business to interested prospects.
2. The leads are FREE for crying out loud. Most advertising would cost $2-$6 a lead! You have hundreds of millions of free leads.
3. When you are instant messaging someone, they are right there in person. You can ask for their phone number and you don’t have to make an appointment because you can call them right then and there.
Implement these strategies and you will NEVER run out of people to talk to about your business.
